Rules & Regulations

Any budding filmmaker from and outside India is eligible to submit a film for this festival.
Films completed between December 01, 2023 till November 30, 2024 are eligible for submission.
All film submissions will require to fill the Entry Form.
The film can be in any language of the world. But it must be properly subtitled in English.
The two-day festival will screen only selected short films in each competition category.
Entry Fee will be through BillDesk and will be as follows:
- Films from India: INR 500 (inclusive of GST; non-refundable) for one entry
- Films from outside India: INR 1000 + transaction fees (inclusive of GST; non-refundable) for one entry

Once payment is done, a confirmation mail will be sent to you about the same.	Payment for the same will be done through PayPal. The following is the bifurcation of the fees: INR 1000 + transaction charges (as per your country of submission)

A producer, screenplay writer, or director can submit their film/s to the festival. One applicant cannot submit more than two entries. However, a film/ media school can submit up to 10 entries per school.
The decision of the selectors and the jury will be final. It cannot be challenged by the makers. The festival reserves the right to change/ modify any guidelines according to the situation.
Only the applicants of the shortlisted films will be notified via email. Additional submission material will be communicated to them at the time of notification if any.
The director and the screenplay writer of the shortlisted films will be provided with accommodation and food facilities by the festival. However, the travel and other expenses will be borne by the makers themselves.
Once a film is officially selected for the competition, it cannot be withdrawn from the festival.
Films received after the given deadlines, will NOT be considered for the festival selection.
Incomplete forms will not be accepted.
All the films selected for the festival should use the festival logo in the beginning of their films for later screenings. The logo will be provided by the festival.

Submission Guidelines

The uploaded film should be an HD file (Resolution 1920 × 1080) with stereo sound.
Along with the entry form the following documents should also be submitted in soft copy only: one high quality poster of the film, 3 stills from the film and 3 production stills, one passport-size photo of the director and screenplay writer.
